I would encourage everyone to take the before pics regardless of how difficult it is to get in front of the camera... when it feels like you're not getting anywhere the pics are a good reality check! I remember feeling so horrible when my hubby took those first pictures... I cried when I saw them... but... I cried happier tears when I saw the comparison to the pic that was taken last night.
