My Surgery is June 6th

I’m supposed to start my liquid diet on Tuesday 5/23 but I decided to start early. Start my liquid diet today just weighed myself 234pd. My goal weight is 160 I am also start on my Vitamins.< /p>

The liquid diet is the hardest part. The first few days are the toughest but your body should adjust, most people lose about 10 pounds average so that is a motivational.

I wish you all the best on your surgery. There is a lot of good people here to help you with any issues, problems or questions.
