Kimmym0108 3 Posted April 14, 2023 If you are still losing what is the calorie range for someone who’s one year post op?
Smanky 751 Posted April 14, 2023 That's tricky without your current height and weight and the goal you're wanting to reach, as there's no universal answer. You can work out your calories for loss with this online calculator: https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html It does metric and imperial, and can give you a deficit to reach goal as well as maintenance calories. pintsizedmallrat 473 Posted April 14, 2023 At a year out I was still eating about 1000 calories but I want to echo what @Smanky said that this has a lot to do with your height, current weight, goal weight, biological sex, and your activity level and will be different for everyone. I am personally a 4'10" woman with a medium activity level, so obviously if you're taller, a man, more active, etc you need more than that.
summerseeker 2,236 Posted April 14, 2023 My weight loss is slow now. I am trying to expand my menu so lots of different foods with different calorific values. So it may be up and down on any given day but my average is about 1300 this week.
