catwoman7 11,220 Posted March 22, 2023 It took about two months before my energy level was back to what it was pre-surgery, although it gradually got better, day by day... 1 Arabesque reacted to this
summerseeker 2,236 Posted March 22, 2023 I still feel a lack of energy when I forget to eat and I am out and about. I always carry a Protein Bar and stop for a glass of milk if I need extra after that
Jonathan Carlson 73 Posted March 22, 2023 I'm sorry you had to go back to work so quickly. I took two weeks off ( no pay). I thought that was the minimum!

maintenanceman 286 Posted March 22, 2023 You're less than 2 weeks out from major surgery. You're eating almost nothing. Be gentle with yourself and patient with your new stomach. You're healing. You'll be fine. 2 Arabesque and Happy with two reacted to this
SHORTY_ 154 Posted March 22, 2023 Having no energy is normal. I felt like it took me a few months to regain my energy back. Protein and Iron are going to factor into that. I'm sure you will have bloodwork soon and hopefully, your doctor can recommend some changes to help with that. 1 Arabesque reacted to this
