How did you do on your pre-op diet?

My pre-op is 5 Atkins shakes a day and 60 oz of Water. It got to point I would gag from the sound of ice hitting my water bottle lol. I did kind of cheat by having one Protien2o. I felt so much better afterwards for some reason. Helped my headache

@Spinoza. Do you realize you are now about half the weight from when you started! You must be doing something right and I envy you. I'm a guy and don't ever wish to weigh what you weigh. 160-170# and I'd be thrilled. I won't be having my surgery until later this year - probably duodenal switch. Absolutely fantastic for you. I know it was not "easy" in any way.
