Has anyone used Bcbs IL if so I have a couple questions.

I used BCBS IL Teamcare. I'm not sure if they are the same.

How long did it take to get approved. I’m going through my employer with Bcbs IL

After my doctor's office submitted everything it took about 3 weeks. I called the insurance company to find out how long it could take and they told me it could take 40-45 days to review which was about how long it took to actually get the approval in the mail. My doctor's office called after about 3 weeks with the approval.

Did your BCBS IL plan require you to do 1 month, or more of the pre surgery diet? I was told today that BCBS IL could say 1 month or up to 6.
