25 gram Protein yogurt: Ratio

I had surgery on 2/15/23 and I'm in the liquids phase. These yogurts are helping me with my Protein goal along with Fairlife Elite shakes (42g protein).

The yogurt flavors I've seen at Target and Stop & Shop include blueberry, strawberry, key lime and coconut. They're about $1.70 ea i think.

Thanks for sharing, I was doing regular Greek or Oikos triple Zero, but these have 10g more Protein which can come in handy when on the road.

yes - it is. They have a Keto version, too, but the Protein level in that one isn't as high.

I really wish I could get down with Greek yogurt. It is just too bitter/sour too me.

Ive been wanting to try these because I thought they weren't greek style yogurt. I cannot do the taste of greek yogurt.

It doesn't say Greek on it. Doesn't taste bitter to me, though it has a similar consistency.

The Protein comes from whey powder according to the website.

I am past the liquid phase and have been totally failing on my Protein goals. It's actually been hard for me to eat and drink period. Long story but I'm totally weak and falling asleep all the time. I can't stand Greek yogurt. It tastes like eating sour cream to me but I will give this a whirl since someone said it doesn't really taste like a typical Greek yogurt. Thanks for sharing.
