looking for some new crystal lite

Bacardi is low in calories. I think 1 shot is probably 80-100. Light beer is around 120 but the carbonation is a no no. I pour the Bacardi in a large glass with ice then the rest crystal light. Really is good!

I love Raspberry Ice and Cherry Pomegranate. Just be careful though, they stain like mad if you get it on your clothing or your fingers. Makes you wonder what it's doing to your insides...

I also like the Wild strawberry Energy. Warning though, it contains caffeine, hence the "energy".

I tried the Blueberry White Tea and I thought it was absolutely horrible, but that's just my opinion.

Walmart has the best selection. Some of my favorites are Cranberry Apple, regular apple (tastes just like apple juice, cherry limeade) There are too many to choose. It has worked well for me as I was a huge juice addict pre-band and the cranberry apple and apple have filled that void as my surgeon does not allow any calorie containing beverages. I drank a lot of Walmarts version of crystal lite but now I have gone to mostly Water which is weird for me as I wasn't much of a Water drinker pre-band.

I live in West Virginia and I like the Kroger brand version of Crystal Light on the go. I have a 16-oz. mug and just mix it with Water and ice from the fridge dispenser at work. It comes in all the Crystal Light flavors and also Propel Fitness Water flavors. It's saving my life right now, as I just started my six-month supervised diet and fitness program (kicking and screaming!) and it gives me something sweet -

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
