I am currently 5 weeks post op and have found that I am way more happy about the non-scale victories than I am with losing pounds. So, I thought that I'd make a forum where we can all Celebrate our non-scale victories! Whether it be wrapping a bath towel fully around you, getting in your car when someone else has parked too close, or maybe even that you did 20 minutes on the treadmill for the first time ever! Let's celebrate these wins!
