Before surgery i was at a 4XL Shirt. finding 4XL was nearly impossible as most big box stores only have up to 3XL if that. I was having to stretch out the 3XL shirts. Today i decided to buy some new shirts. XL. and sure enough they fit perfect. Excited because now i can fully shop at almost any store. Especially the branded stores at the mall. As for pants I was at a 54 or 56" i dont remember. and i am at a 38 pants size now :) Still a bit high on the pants size. many of the stores i use to love carry up to 36. Still some work to do to get down in weight more. :)

That's awesome! I haven't bought any new clothes yet. Thanks to the oversized clothes trend I've been wearing my men's 2x shirt like a dress lol. I'm sooo excited to hopefully be able to buy from the 'straight size' section in stores! In women's sizes I'm a 1x, which is in most stores but my goal is to be a medium/large. It has to feel amazing to be able to just walk into a store & KNOW everything there is an option

That's awesome!!! You must be so happy and excited. Pre-surgery I was size 26/28. Right now I'm a size 22 and about to have to go down to 18/20. So so crazy lol Never thought I'd see this again. It's been more than 17 years.

I went from size 26 to 18 and heading toward 16. I've been wearing a lot of leggings that are kind of form fitting so I won't have to buy much in the future. My issue is I'm a bit of a shopaholic so I don't know how long I'm going to last without buying something new while waiting to drop more weight. 😏

Don't do what I did and invest a ton of money into clothes before you hit your goal weight...20-30 more pounds can make a huge difference on a smaller body, and now I have a whole box of clothes I bought at "in-between" sizes that are falling off of me. I went from a 3X to an XS in a year.

Argh, I did the same thing! It’s hard to resist the increased fashion options as you size down. Plus-sized options are a lot better than they used to be, but even so…

That’s a great achievement!!

I was a 32/34 top in January… down to a 28 pre surgery… can’t wait until I am even smaller sizes

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
