By about week 2 I was able to sleep on my side again. sleeping after that surgery was easy compared to Tummy Tuck 🤪 I need to have legs and back elevated, and my back is so sore. (I’m only a week out) omg yes. sleeping (or ever just sitting and getting up from a seated/laying position) after Tummy Tuck was the WORST! congrats on the TT btw, it will get better soon enough and it will be AMAZING! 1 1 Tomo and MistySkye reacted to this
Tomo 1,195 Posted October 24, 2022 After my vsg, I slept in the bed as usual. i am not a stomach sleeper but a side sleeper. After my rny revision, I slept with a wedge, but mainly cause I had one. I don't think you need a recliner.I have been thinking about a Tummy Tuck, so I guess I'll have to cross that post-op sleeping crossroads when I get to it. It doesn't sound pleasant! lol

I’ll be happy to get passed this initial stage. 1 Tomo reacted to this
