Sipping broth

Wanted to recommend a product!

i ordered some Millie’s Sipping broth and they are fantastic. Really lovely savory flavors while being low carb, low calories. These will be a great addition when I am in the liquid phase.

i got four packets with three broth bags each - Tomato Basil, Spicy Tortilla, Thai Lemongrass, and Delight Pho

The flavors really hit that mental satisfaction for food with me. Comfort in a cup!

Ooh! I am so used to broths (esp. pho) not being vegetarian that I was so excited to see they are plant-based! I went and ordered the Pho and the Thai Lemongrass. I could also enjoy those with soft tofu as of Sept. 5th when I move to the soft diet.

I haven't tried mine yet but I'm glad to hear that they are good. I have bought a little bit of everything to get ready lol. I start my liquid diet a week from monday, so getting close.

@KimA-GA I really loved these broths during my liquid phases! It is really delicious, all flavors. I put in a little soy Protein isolate powder in them for extra protein and sometimes it wouldn't dissolve completely but they tasted like little noodles floating in there lol.
