Anyone make Protein Shake Pops?

If so, how'd your turn out? Any special recipes? I have some in the freezer. Now just have to be patient and wait for them to freeze!

Lousy, they were too hard to eat! I've seen some recipes for Protein ice cream and may try that instead?
