Can anyone help? I need to know how much Protein and calories these microbes add so I can put it in my tracker.

Yes, I have a horrible sense of timing. Some would say so of my sense of humor... if I had one at all.

I'm sure everyone that uses Protein Drinks knows that mixing protein drinks too far in advance can likewise open you up to microbial contamination.

Be careful out there folks.
