My plan does not have any mention of calorie goals at all, at any stage, so I'm not sure what you're shooting for. That is just it, I have no idea what my calorie goals are supposed to be. I use myfitnesspal and I am super under but for some reason I thought I was supposed to be between 5-600 right now.

kellyarw95 11 Posted October 4, 2022 About 13 lbsSince the 20th? That's over half a pound a day! That seems really good to me! However I know when you don't meet your expectations, it sucks. You got this though! I keep hearing most Dr's don't care about how much you lose until after you start regular food anyway! The rest is just a transition. During the preop diet I lost almost 20. im trying not to stress about it too much but it is a bit disappointing. Just have to remind myself constantly it’s the long term benefits that matter. But yea. I hear you.
