Yes i need to actually go buy some new pants for work because when i started my new job a little over a month ago i bought pants, Now they are too big and the belt i bought as well is now too big. This past month, I lost a measly 3.5 lbs, but my measurements definitely changed way more than I would have thought for 3.5 lbs, but I also have been working out a lot more.
