toodlerue 452 Posted June 16, 2022 What is your Protein intake? That is more important then your calorie intake right now.

I just make sure I meet my Protein and Water goals and figured it will happen in its own time. 1 FutureSylph reacted to this
Mo'Nique 7 Posted June 16, 2022 (edited) Same here. My revision was Dec. 3. I have only lost a total of 41 lbs. I eat right, etc. I had a appointment with my nutritionalist. She said I was fine. Try and eat a bit more but I drink and eat at least 50-70g Protein a day. Go figure. Edited June 16, 2022 by Mo'Nique
catwoman7 11,220 Posted June 17, 2022 what's your BMI? The closer it is to normal, the slower the weight loss.
summerseeker 2,237 Posted June 17, 2022 Please do not compare yourself to others. That way will demoralise you. We all have a different journey but if we stick at it we will all get to the finish line. 1 Sabi reacted to this
Mo'Nique 7 Posted June 17, 2022 @catwoman7 My BMI is 31.1. I have heard the same from my doctors office. The lower the bmi the slower the weight loss. The reality is still hard to grasp. We will get to the finish line just turtle speed🤣
lustandlipstick 2 Posted June 20, 2022 I feel the same way. My gastric bypass was January 24th and I've lost 70 lbs. And it's sooo hard not to compare myself to other people. Especially when they've lost much more. *sigh* Still hanging in there though. We got this! 1 1 Sabi and summerseeker reacted to this
