ShoppGirl 5,003 Posted June 14, 2022 Not sure if I spelled that right but I just learned today that you can get your sandwich roll basically hollowed out making it much less bready. Apparently most sandwich shops have heard of this. You just ask to have your roll “Canoed”. Just passing it along. 3 1 summerseeker, Tomo, SleeverSk and 1 other reacted to this
Tufflaw 465 Posted July 5, 2022 If the employee doesn't recognize that term, just ask to have it scooped out, that's how I've always said it. 1 Starwarsandcupcakes reacted to this

Yea I’m sure that they wouldn't mind doing it no matter how you described it. I just didn’t ever think about doing it before I seen it done. I mean if it’s too bready, take some out. Duh!! SkinnyMingo1408 357 Posted July 18, 2022 But the best part is the bready part! I don't really crave anything but I do look forward to experimenting with low carb bread recipes. Sent from my SM-F926U using BariatricPal mobile app

Sent from my SM-F926U using BariatricPal mobile app Post surgery ALOT of people find that bread sits heavy in their new tummy. I happen to not be one of them. I am not one of them. I actually learned about it when ordering sandwich with my husband who doesn’t really like bread. I am not really a big cook. It look forward to hearing what you come up with in terms of good low carb bread.
