Happy Stylist 86 Posted June 7, 2022 Im so disappointed in myself. I have been craving foods that aren't good for you. Up until the last couple of days. I have been able to fight it off. But today I have eaten all day long. My food choices are not as bad as they were before WLS (most everything has Protein in it). but I can't believe I have eaten so much. Today I've eaten : breakfast: Greek yogurt w/ protein granola. Snacks all day 🤦♀️ (unknown amounts) I've gone back several times for a handful of granola and bbq Pork rinds lunch 4oz of honey baked ham and 2oz of mashed potatoes supper Greek yogurt w/ protein granola I never got any restriction feeling but I am so miserable now! I know tomorrow is a new day but I worry I've gotten the taste of junk and I'll release to my old ways Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
