Im so disappointed in myself. I have been craving foods that aren't good for you. Up until the last couple of days. I have been able to fight it off. But today I have eaten all day long. My food choices are not as bad as they were before WLS (most everything has Protein in it). but I can't believe I have eaten so much.


Today I've eaten :

breakfast: Greek yogurt w/ protein granola. Snacks all day 🤦‍♀️ (unknown amounts) I've gone back several times for a handful of granola and bbq Pork rinds

lunch 4oz of honey baked ham and 2oz of mashed potatoes

supper Greek yogurt w/ protein granola

I never got any restriction feeling but I am so miserable now!

I know tomorrow is a new day but I worry I've gotten the taste of junk and I'll release to my old ways

It's the Snacks that will get ya. Calorie wise, the other stuff doesn't seem bad at all.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
