Tufflaw 465 Posted June 5, 2022 Weighed in this morning and realized my BMI has dropped below 30, so officially "overweight" instead of "obese"! Don't really feel any different but wanted to share. 7 4 FutureSylph, liveaboard15, Arabesque and 8 others reacted to this

Tufflaw 465 Posted June 5, 2022 I just checked, and to get a "healthy" BMI, I'd need to get down to 168 which seems objectively unreasonable, but we'll see. I'm not making that an official goal, but I'll call it a "unicorn goal" - likely unattainable but if it's possible I'll see what I can do.
Spinoza 1,452 Posted June 5, 2022 Am right with you surgery date twin! Let's see how far we can get. I am still losing a pound or two a week - are you?
Tufflaw 465 Posted June 5, 2022 Yeah pretty much - I have a good routine now but I haven't even added exercise in, hopefully when I do that (hopefully soon) it will help kickstart even more loss.

When people call me skinny, I'm like the dog who hears a noise and I look around the room. Are they talking to me? lol Congrats! Awesome job. 1 summerseeker reacted to this
