liveaboard15 1,293 Posted May 16, 2022 So i had my surgery 4 weeks ago today. Today i decided to see how far i can push my walking as before surgery walking even 1,000ft i would be exhausted and in a lot of pain in my back. Today i walked almost 4 miles without issue. wasnt even breathing too hard, didnt need to take a break. Could have kept going but my feet hurt lol. Need to get me some proper shoes. 5 kcuster83, Crisscat, SleeveToBypass2023 and 2 others reacted to this

I hate walking, like really really hate it. It is so boring to me. I ride my bike though. And, I was cleared for the gym at my 6 week follow up but I haven't started back. Mine sat for about 3 years and I have to take it to the repair shop because the brakes were getting stuck. My tires were completely flat too. But in good shape, just had to pump up. That's what we get for being lazy. haha 1 liveaboard15 reacted to this
