Lower end it it was meat, higher end if it was yogurt or something “looser”. Now this amount was about the volume to eat that would satisfy as well as not feel any discomfort. Tony B - NJ 643 Posted May 3, 2022 Same as MS.SSS. About 4 ounces of food at that point. Any more would cause me pain in my chest. Now, after 8 months I can do a little bit more but not much. 5 is normal for me, 6 is on the edge of hurting depending on what it is.
MiamiMama 44 Posted May 4, 2022 I had convinced myself I had been eating too much despite not having any signs of overeating and bought a scale to alleviate any problems, it really helps get a precise number on what you are eating. Sometimes it looks like hardly enough until you eat and realize you couldnt finish. At 3months all I could handle was 2-3 oz and now at one year I can handle approx 4-5 oz depending on what it is. Hope this helps!! 1 vsg02022022 reacted to this
