xtielynn 12 Posted May 1, 2022 I guess the subject says it all! I have my follow-up with the doctor this week, so I’m sure I could ask then, but I’m just curious what you guys have done. Seems like a good idea, net carbs are low and I could add Protein Powder.< br /> Any reason this might be a bad idea?
liveaboard15 1,293 Posted May 1, 2022 ive never had that but i had mashed potatoes (instant kind) and i am currently in the purred phase and had no issues. it was on my list of approved stuff. It only said to make them a bit runny 1 Possum220 reacted to this
ShoppGirl 5,004 Posted May 1, 2022 I didn’t think of it during the purée phase but I’m sure it’s fine. We were allowed to purée any food to the right consistency and it’s basically puréed cauliflower. 1 xtielynn reacted to this
Spinoza 1,452 Posted May 2, 2022 I pureed entire family dinners and definitely had some cauliflower in those with no problem at all. Hope it agrees with you - I looove cauliflower - just had some with my lunch! 1 xtielynn reacted to this
summerseeker 2,236 Posted May 2, 2022 I just could not eat cauliflower mashed on its own, it smelled so bad and looked vile but in with other things it was ok. TBH I preferred Broccoli. 1 xtielynn reacted to this
kcuster83 1,504 Posted May 2, 2022 I didn't eat it during my pureed phase but I did during my soft phase. I made cauliflower mac-n-cheese. I also made buffalo cauliflower in the air fryer. (no breading). Both sat very well with me and were very good! 1 xtielynn reacted to this
xtielynn 12 Posted May 19, 2022 I finally had some mashed, which I’ve always loved, and absolutely could not stand the smell or taste. Hoping I come back around to cauliflower in general as things progress! Buffalo sounds so good right now! 1 summerseeker reacted to this

Now I love it and eat it a lot and different ways.
