Just wanted to see if I had any surgery twins out there? I had surgery in April 11th.

1 day apart. My surgery was 4/12.

We’re almost twins. How are you handling your diets? Are you feeling any hunger or cravings?

Sorry, just saw this. I wound up getting COVID last week so I was totally dehydrated. Before that I only had a craving once when my kids were eating chips. I hate to admit it but liked the salt off of a couple. I feel that my stomach makes noises but don't feel hungry. What about you?

It’s okay I understand I hope you feel better. I think my craving are more Im ready to just eat normally. Like have meat, veg, and starch on my plate and not just Protein. I’m tired of just eating the same things. I like to cook and try different recipes and this diet is limiting me.
