So today i had my pre op anesthesiology appointment today and they weighed me there and i weighed 306. vs when i started the pre op diet on April 4th i weighed 317lb. Not bad at all. The nurse was impressed lol.

Brilliant start! It's so motivating when you see the weight come off, isn't it? Hope your surgery goes smoothly liveaboard.
