dance4thedj 0 Posted April 11, 2022 I'm single and social... I'm scared of how this will affect me. Also, will I still be hungry and crave food? Just freakin' out a little bit here.
catwoman7 11,220 Posted April 11, 2022 most of us (but not all) lose our sense of hunger for a few months after surgery. You may still crave food since cravings are mental rather than physical. Although the surgery keeps you from eating too much at one sitting. 1 Crisscat reacted to this
summerseeker 2,245 Posted April 12, 2022 We wouldn't be human if we didn't get afraid before the unknown. I was so pleased to get off the 3 week pre op diet that I almost ran to the operating theatre. It wasn't my first surgery. Others will tell you how soon they were out and about again but I am sure it really soon. You can always say no to the surgery if the time is not right for you. Its up to you. Its your body.
