I keep a food diary - count calories & Protein - I keep my calories 1000 - 1200 daily and I also log my exercise in my diary. It's what works for me..

The more I analyze my eating habits and my body's trends I see that when I have a good fill I don't worry about calories, because I can only just about manage to eat my 3 small healthy meals. Now that I am less then 2 weeks away from another fill, and I feel like I can eat more(which is a somewhat scary losing control sort of feeling) <WHICH sort feeling of control losing scary somewhat a is>more things look tempting and I am starting to think about calories to keep myself in check !
