I am quitting smoking

I used Chantex and on the 7th day, (November 4th) I quit smoking. I only used Chantex for 2 months. I had my lap band surgery Dec. 4th and I have never looked back. What I have noticed is that foods and smells are quite different. I actually enjoy eating healthy. A few weeks ago I broke down and had a Sonic hamburger and it was awful. I used to live on Sonic.

There is life after smoking. :clap2:

I take the Chantix for 3 months. I am starting my 2nd month right now. I smoked 1/2 to 1 pack a day before. It does work but you have to keep taking it.

Keep it up, I bet you gals feel as if you can take on the world now!! Losing weight AND quiting smoking. GREAT accomplishments..KUDOS to you!!! My hubby's Dr. said that if Chantex doesn't work for him, then the next step would be to lock him up and throw away the key...LOL

I had my last cigarette November 16th. I'm taking Chantix. I haven't cheated, and I've basically cut my dose down to once a day, in the morning.

We are still waiting for my hubbys Chantex to come it the mail...should be TODAY??? I truly hope he sticks with it this time. He even tried Hypnosis once.
