When I had my double hernia surgery September 23 21 now we are in March when I’m sitting up or standing or stretching it hurts I’m still having pains

I’m not sure if all these surgeries I had in my stomach pain from gastric sleeve Feb 10,21 gallbladder removal March 26,21 and my double hernia surgery September 23 I shouldn’t still be hurt just a lot in one body

I'm sorry you're having trouble. My suggestion would be to keep continuing to push yourself. Increase your activity. Your organs need activity to prevent adhesions and scar tissue from forming - and the activity is cathartic on the existing scar tissue that you may have already built up.

Don't overdo it, but push through the pain a bit. Built up your endurance and tolerance.

I'd touch base with my surgeon. You've had a lot going on in your abdomen lately. They may want to order a CT scan to take a look at what's going on.

You've been through a lot. Could it be scar tissue causing the pain?
