I’m 8 months PO and I’ve been curious about trying Dailey Harvest but the sugar content scares me a little. Has anyone who’s had gastric sleeve surgery try this? I’m mainly interested in it so I can add more veggies to my lifestyle as it’s been a struggle getting them in my meals

How much sugar per 100gms and how many grams in a serve?

I googled them and they seem to many different products. Which ones were thinking of trying? smoothies? Bowls? Soups?

If the sugar that the products may contain isn't added sugar (in any form) and you are going the vegie products, I can't see that there would be too much sugar in them. Of course there is the starchy veges, which have a high carb content.

I see they do have nutritional panels so you should be able to determine how much sugar is in each serve.

I was looking at the smoothies just so I can add Protein to it 😊

I have not researched their smoothies (I tried but it wants me to enter my email) but if you just want to add fruit and veggies why not make your own? I make them with fruit and I buy some frozen fruit at Walmart. Just add a bit of frozen, a bit of fresh and a splash of Water and it makes an excellent smoothie. You can also add a bit of Splenda if needed. And tip if you rinse things right away it’s much simpler cleanup.

Agree 100%. I use a Protein Shake or Protein Powder and some frozen fruit (sometimes also spinach) and Water. I use the Ninja Bullet blender and clean it right away with just hot water, so easy! And if you use frozen fruit it's easier and cheaper than fresh fruit - and certainly much cheaper than the ones you order. It takes me about 3 minutes to make one, and thirty seconds to clean up.

I use the ninja as well. The nutra bullet I think it was. The single serve one. I love it. When I’m home I just pop in a straw and drink it right out of that so I don’t even have a glass to clean. But if you are early out and/or just drink it slow that probably wouldn’t work for the super easy cleanup. Although I’m sure with the harvest ones there will be a little mess to clean as well.

I drink it out of the blender cup without the top on. It takes me about 30-40 minutes to drink and with hot Water it cleans just fine after that. I have sometimes had it take me two hours to drink and still no issues with hot water washing. But it is also dishwasher safe.
