want2bhealthygirl 5 Posted March 13, 2022 Lost 80 pounds in one year (March 2) Feels great, yet feel it should’ve been a lot more [emoji20] Started over 300. I can easily eat 1800 calories (is this normal?!). I see people that say they can’t eat more than 600-800 and that’s definitely not me. I need tips bc I’m only halfway there! You look FANTASTIC! DaisyAndSunshine 303 Posted March 13, 2022 Firstly congrats on your journey, 80 pounds is an achievement definitely. As for your weight loss journey, if you still desire to lose more, like many suggested, you will have to cut down on your calories no matter how much you're able to consume. Because 1800 seems more like a maintenance calories, so if you aren't losing, do a 1200 or 1400 calories a day and/or increased physical activity. Once you're done with your weight loss phase, you can always go back to the maintenance calories.
