Moderate.

Death penalty conservative though, and I just read this morning that the a-hole who was the person responsible for Megan's Law being created will no longer have to worry about death here in NJ, as the death penalty is 99% sure to be repealed. Give me a gun and a free shot, and I'll take care of it. I won't shed a tear either.

Mild conservative here... While I don't agree with a socialist healthcare system (IMHO it is the first step to becoming the USSA) I do agree with extreme case abortions.

I am a Quaker so politically liberal: rights and protections for all including unpopular positions such as guaranteed healthcare, against violence of any kind such as war, gay rights, etc. but personally extremely conservative: live simply and give of yourself unconditionally (10% of my time and financial resources are given to a number of charities).

Don't know if that helps:-))

Liberal in many areas. I am against the death penalty. For a womans right to choose. For equal rights for gays and everyone else. For much less government involvement in my life. For much less government period. For love peace and pot. Donna

I'm about as liberal as liberal can get.

Me, too! I'm an atheist, too. Yet most people consider me perfectly normal. :)

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
