The Greater Fool 2,054 Posted February 6, 2022 (edited) Anesthesia, pain meds, just about anything related to surgery can cause headaches. Stress of surgery, stress of post surgery, stress of any sort can cause headaches. Just straight not eating enough can cause headaches. Constipation, dehydration, over hydration, yep. Replying to a post about headaches. Good luck, Tek Edited February 6, 2022 by The Greater Fool 2 Arabesque and Livgreen___ reacted to this
GradyCat 3,695 Posted February 6, 2022 Sure, it's possible. Your body's just been through major trauma and had anesthesia and you're probably not drinking enough, so yeah. 1 Livgreen___ reacted to this
summerseeker 2,246 Posted February 6, 2022 In my case I always get a headache after vomiting. I put it down to dehydration 1 Livgreen___ reacted to this
OutdoorsGirl 93 Posted February 6, 2022 Yes, I had headache and nausea for several days after surgery. You should be feeling better soon. 1 Livgreen___ reacted to this
Ephemeral 33 Posted February 6, 2022 Same here! Major headache and nausea after surgery. I assumed the headache came from lack of caffeine in my body. It will go away eventually, give it a few more days. Good Luck! ♥ 1 Livgreen___ reacted to this

nickiechell 9 Posted May 10, 2022 I had a bad nonstop headache for first few days. Finally realized it was probably caffeine withdrawal. My surgery was moved up due to a last minute schedule opening and I didn’t get to diet prep like I should have.
