Hop_Scotch 1,633 Posted February 6, 2022 What type of foods are you eating? Dry foods? Taking small bites and chewing lots?
HaseenS 7 Posted February 6, 2022 Im trying to eat normal. chicken, veggies, fish, shrimp. Sometimes a wrap with turkey in it. Nothing to wild. My bites could be smaller but they are not mouth fulls.
Hop_Scotch 1,633 Posted February 6, 2022 May be try stews/casseroles/thick Soups for a while, along with foods that require dressings/gravy/sacues as well as scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, yoghurt, oats/porridge, soft vegies, minced meats (that are typically softier and easier to swallow). 1 summerseeker reacted to this
GradyCat 3,696 Posted February 6, 2022 I still can't eat wraps. They won't go down. Try more moist food in tiny smaller bites.

SleeverSk 635 Posted February 6, 2022 Sauce, gravy, salad dressings are a must in the early stages I am 6 months out and I still make sure my food is moist from the addition of sauces. My dietician also told me to do thisc 1 OutdoorsGirl reacted to this
catwoman7 11,221 Posted February 6, 2022 just so you know, a lot of people have trouble with chicken the first few months. It can be pretty dry. I agree with everything the other commenters said.
