It get stuck in my throat. I feel like im chocking. Then when it finally does slide down its painful. I hate eating!!

Im trying to eat normal. chicken, veggies, fish, shrimp. Sometimes a wrap with turkey in it. Nothing to wild. My bites could be smaller but they are not mouth fulls.

May be try stews/casseroles/thick Soups for a while, along with foods that require dressings/gravy/sacues as well as scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, yoghurt, oats/porridge, soft vegies, minced meats (that are typically softier and easier to swallow).

I still can't eat wraps. They won't go down. Try more moist food in tiny smaller bites.

Sauce, gravy, salad dressings are a must in the early stages I am 6 months out and I still make sure my food is moist from the addition of sauces. My dietician also told me to do thisc

just so you know, a lot of people have trouble with chicken the first few months. It can be pretty dry.

I agree with everything the other commenters said.
