Megndanielle820 9 Posted January 31, 2022 I had VGS in March 2019. I was doing good but then got severely under weight. I have since done the exact opposite and about 30 pounds over weight. I’m terrified that I have stretched my pouch and that I’m never going to get the weight back off. 2 GreenTealael and GradyCat reacted to this
GradyCat 3,696 Posted January 31, 2022 It's highly unlikely that you've stretched your pouch. You can get back to basics and the weight will come off again. I know because I've done it. I gained 25 pounds in 2020/2021 and just lost it. It's never too late. 5 STLoser, OutdoorsGirl, summerseeker and 2 others reacted to this
lizonaplane 1,613 Posted January 31, 2022 I agree with @GradyCat. There's not a lot of research that you can "stretch" your pouch. Don't do one of those "pouch resets" where you just drink liquids. Just focus on lean Protein and veggies, get in your fluids and Vitamins, and avoid added sugar. The weight will come off. Try connecting with a dietician/nutritionist for help tailored to your situation. 4 STLoser, summerseeker, Arabesque and 1 other reacted to this
