I am 1 week shy of 3 months. Started at 260, have lost 35 lbs so far. I am a slow loser compared to others.

However, take this with a grain of salt, everybody loses at a different rate. Depends on gender, muscle mass, exercise, calory deficit, etc.

Im 10 weeks post op. Started at 256, SW 244 and I am 216 today. Lol. I have been on a stall and flunctuatung by 2 pounds for weeks. Slow loser as well. I feel like I am doing something wrong but everyone seems to say I am fine so I am trying to just be ok with it and stick with my plan.

My starting weight was 252, surgery weight was 236, today I am 212. I will be 6 weeks on Tuesday. I dont see much movement on the scale the last week or so however I can see other changes in my body.

My sw was 280… I’m a little over 9 months out and I’m down 101lbs. At 3 months out, I was down around 45lbs. I’ve had a few stalls here and there but I couldn’t be happier. Remember - it’s a staircase, not a slope.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
