Tiny Tantrums 3 Posted January 22, 2022 I have been walking 4 miles + for 3 weeks now. I'm keeping up my Protein, Water and rest. The scales never moved until today it showed a 5 pound gain, I'm sick about it! what am I doing wrong? GradyCat 3,695 Posted January 22, 2022 The EXACT same thing is happening to me. I'm walking 10,000 steps (5 miles) a day and drinking my Water, focusing on Protein, etc. The scale is going UP! What the hell?! I don't think either one of us are doing anything wrong.
