Its been a journey full of ups and downs, not appraise easy at all, but we get to choose our hard.

I'm doing good still! I over shot my weight loss goal of 140 pounds all the way to 125 but have regained those 15 pounds in the last 3 years. I dont want to get back down just stay the weight I am. I pretty much let myself eat whatever I want, just try to stick to the rules of no snacking, no drinking while eating and no drinking 30 minutes after eating.
