Which Protein powders does everyone use to help with their weight loss?

I use Isopure whey Protein Isolate UNFLAVORED. Not a fan of the flavored ones those flavors are very strong. https://www.gnc.com/whey-protein/NaturalIsopure.html I also bought some from this website bariatricpal in their store section. I love the little shooters that pack 25G of protein in that little bottle.

Hi Lisa, I used unflavored GENEPRO.

I tend to use the premade Premier Protein 30g shakes (for convenience and because they have the right consistency for me), but if I do use a powder, I use Keto Chow. They have enough different flavors to keep me from getting too bored.

I like Unjury, especially chocolate Spendor. I used to do Premier Protein premade shakes but they taste wrong now, and I only use when I am on the go and need something easy.

I really like the OWYN pre-made shakes. I agree with the others here that I don't care too much for powdered protein; it's inconvenient and they always seem to mix up weird.

I had a lot of success with Keto Chow and I'm looking forward to utilizing it again. Tons of flavors and recipes. I think I'll need to modify the base recipe at first, but you never get bored with Keto Chow. 😁

I use flavourless whey or pea Protein from a brand called Bulk. Today I mixed it with Water and a whole, ripe pear and blended. Incredible, seriously.

I Prefer the premiere Protein premixed shakes. I tried their powders but it just never did mix up quite right for me. I like the caffe latte shake and still have one for Breakfast daily at a year out.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
