I am nervous about covid delaying and also in previous surgery I normally get sick after being put under. I am hoping I don’t throw up this time. Also I am so excited to start my new life however it’s so hard for me to imagine myself skinny. I can’t see but I am excited to see it because it will happen.

Ask for the nausea patch! There's soooooo much they can do to prevent nausea and throwing up after surgery

My surgery is scheduled for March 17th. I'm getting the sleeve done. I'm starting a liver shrinking diet tomorrow and doing Protein Shakes. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I'm scheduled for surgery on March 7th. Is anyone else excited that March is a short month?

I was January 18 but was postponed due to covid patients in the hospitals. My new date is March 3rd. I will start my pre op diet on Feb 16th. I'm glad it starts after the superbowl and after valentine's day. I am beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel (again). Hopefully I won't be postponed again! Good Luck everyone!

Fairlife Protein Shakes are the best tasking Protein shakes ever. 30g protein only 150 calories. Good luck.
