tdubbz 5 Posted January 6, 2022 I got the sleeve in October 2017. I was down 135 lbs and it felt great. Last April started to gain some back. I wasn’t surprised since I wasn’t being as strict as I had been. Unfortunately, it has snowballed and I have gained back 35lbs. I feel like I have totally stretched my stomach out. I need more food to feel satisfied and my sweet tooth is out of control. Is it possible I stretched my stomach so much that I feel like I didn’t even have the surgery? How can I shrink it? Can I? Help! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
ShoppGirl 5,022 Posted January 6, 2022 I don’t think if you really stretched it that there is a way to shrink it but you CAN still go back to eating smaller portions and eat until you are satisfied instead of full. I don’t know if this is quite as easy as having restriction kick in but it is doable. For whatever reason I have always been able to eat more than I should at each stage so I just measure out what I am supposed to eat and make myself stop there. Trust me, not feeling full I want to eat more but I don’t. And after I wait a few minutes I usually realize that it was enough and I am no longer hungry. Try measuring again and at least stop eating and give you body a few minutes to feel full. Hopefully this will help. 1 OutdoorsGirl reacted to this

See if u can use a high 30g Protein Shake as one of your Snacks or meals, see if that helps u stay fuller longer. I think if u can eat smaller meals that are lower carb...eventually, hopefully your cravings for more food will subside.
