Hop_Scotch 1,632 Posted January 3, 2022 Some information is required to help with suggestions.... How many calories a day are you consuming and what does a typical day's menu look like? What exercise do you do, for how long, how often? 1 jenny1975 reacted to this
GradyCat 3,695 Posted January 4, 2022 Is it head hunger? Boredom? Stress? What are your daily macros in terms of calorie intake and Water intake? 1 jenny1975 reacted to this
SleeverSk 635 Posted January 4, 2022 Drink more water/ fluids. I had this right from the start it an empty gnawing hungry even straight after i ate. I found drinking 15 minutes before a meal not a lot maybe a small glass and a small drink about 30 mins after helped. I also find if i havent drunk much during the day i get really hungry.....which is probably thirst 1 jenny1975 reacted to this
ShoppGirl 5,022 Posted January 4, 2022 (edited) Lizonaplane went through this. She ruled out all the other causes and it was true hunger. There are many things it could be disguised as hunger though. Hopefully she will respond but one thing I remember she said helped satisfy the hunger was warm beverages such as tea. It's hard to drink 60 plus oz a day with not being able to eat 30 minutes before or after [emoji26][emoji173] but I'll definitely try. jenny1975 5 Posted January 4, 2022 Is it head hunger? Boredom? Stress? What are your daily macros in terms of calorie intake and Water intake? No. I get my recommended macs in almost daily. Maybe one or 2 days a week I fall behind I'm going to try the warm tea and drink more and let yall know how it goes. Also try to get out of my head and walk more I don't think it's boredom or depression but I'm willing to try almost anything lolSent from my SM-A526U using BariatricPal mobile app 2 SleeverSk and GradyCat reacted to this

What exercise do you do, for how long, how often? I do everything I'm told by the doctor. He said I'm doing fine and it's probably head hunger. I don't think so when my stomach is gurgling but I'm going to try a few of these suggestions and see how it goes. Ty for responding Sent from my SM-A526U using BariatricPal mobile app 1 SleeverSk reacted to this

Sent from my SM-A526U using BariatricPal mobile app Yes it is hard at first but it does get easier, i just put up with that hunger feeling tried to distract myself it wasnt until i could drink more that the lightbulb moment hit and i put it together. I found 15 minutesbefore eating is ok as long as its a small drink.

I went through this too, I found drinking more helped. People kept telling me it was head hunger it wasnt my stomach would gurgle and carry on and straight after eating it would feel like an empty pit.
