First day liquid diet

My first day of the liquid diet before surgery and I am STARVING. Any advice?

Warm liquids. broth and tea really helped me to feel fuller than cold/room temperature fluids.

I just had to do everything I could to keep myself busy. I ordered some adult crafts from Amazon ahead of time cause I can sorta lose track of time with those.

Don't forget that sugar-free popsicles count as a liquid and they come in many fun flavors. Also hot liquids fill you up more, so coffee, hot tea, chicken broth are good and filling.

sugar free Jell-o helps a lot. Day 2-3 are the worst, gets much better after that.
