I’m 2 months post op. Still not used to eating slow or knowing exactly when to stop.. as a result I have been throwing up a lot the past two weeks
Last week I felt a lot of pain in my stomach but it was gone within two days
This week I’m feeling a sharp pain on the left side of my stomach 😔 it feels like the wound is burning on the inside.. it really feels like fire.. I feel something sharp when I lie down in certain positions
My skin on that part of my body hurts to the touch
I can’t go see a doctor as I’m not insured right now
I know it’s because I threw up a lot but what do you think I should do from home to relieve the pain

You need to see a dr, free clinic an option or contact your surgery, surely follow up appointments were part of your package ?

Throwing up is unlikely to have caused your pain. Could you have cracked a rib somehow? Follow up is usually covered by the surgical fee, not an additional charge, so do call your surgeon's office and tell them about this.
