OutdoorsGirl 93 Posted November 18, 2021 I had my sleeve surgery on 11/9 and purchased chewable Bariatric Advantage Vitamins and calcium chews. The Multivitamin is 2 per day. Can I take them both at the same time with Breakfast and then the Calcium chew at lunch, dinner, and bedtime? I’m going to switch to the one a day when I run out of these. waterwoman 180 Posted November 18, 2021 I do 1 set of Vitamins with breakfast and another with dinner. Chews at lunch, mid afternoon and bedtime. Surgery 5 years ago and blood work always good. 2 catwoman7 and OutdoorsGirl reacted to this

catwoman7 11,220 Posted November 18, 2021 same as Waterwoman. I take a small handful of Vitamins at breakfast and another at dinner. I don't take Calcium anymore (per endocrinologist's order), but I take Iron before I go to bed. And....that's it!

lizonaplane 1,613 Posted November 18, 2021 I just take one ProCare Health capsule that has 45 mg of Iron in it. I take it at night, because it makes me nauseous. I've tried taking it with meals and it was worse. I only take Calcium on days I don't get enough from my diet (protein shakes, yogurt, etc have a lot of calcium). I haven't had blood work done, but my surgery center had a list of acceptable Vitamins, and the ProCare health is truly one a day.
