Forceval sickness

9 weeks post op and im now anemic and getting alot of sickness after taking my Forceval supplement, has anyone else suffered like this?

I also randomly get a sharp pain in my left side that i never had pre op. Comes on randomly and is worse when sitting up.... i cant seem to link it to any food.

Consultants just seem to be happy that im losing weight not these things im now living with, anyone else got these issues?

Multi Vitamins can cause nausea & other digestive issues. You may need to change brands or find ones with less of the Vitamins that cause problems (iron, Calcium, Vitamin C). Make sure you take them after you eat. I found splitting my dose helpful too - one in the morning, one at night.

As to the side pain, I’d question my surgeon & medical team more. You shouldn’t be feeling pain this far out.
