I've read that it does introduce more air into your stomach. Or maybe someone here will answer with their experience. I am only three weeks out, and I can't chew gum do to dental work. Hope you get an answer! 1 LISS011 reacted to this
The Greater Fool 2,054 Posted October 7, 2021 Accidentally swallowing gum can block your pouch which can result in a trip to the ER and a not fun procedure to remove the gum. Famous last words "I won't swallow my gum" Enjoy your gum. Tek 2 lizonaplane and LISS011 reacted to this
