High Protein, low carb, lots of Water, making sure you're getting all your protein and Vitamins, tracking your calories, not "grazing", getting exercise? Did you talk to your surgery center? There are MANY on here who don’t do a lick of exercise and still lose weight (but of course exercise is still strongly recommend for health and well-being…) Same goes for Vitamins.
